Za\u010d\u00edt se sk\u00e1k\u00e1n\u00edm m\u016f\u017eete prakticky kdykoliv. Je to dobr\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed i pro zimn\u00ed dny, ale mus\u00edte se v\u017edy dob\u0159e obl\u00e9ct a trampol\u00ednu pak po pou\u017eit\u00ed schovat, jinak by ji mohl mr\u00e1z po\u0161kodit. Nejde o cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by bylo snadn\u00e9, a to ani v z\u00e1kladu, ale je velice efektivn\u00ed, jeliko\u017e b\u011bhem n\u011bj posilujete a z\u00e1rove\u0148 likvidujete kalorie. Nav\u00edc je tak\u00e9 dost z\u00e1bavn\u00e9. Pozor na nekvalitn\u00ed kouskyD\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, abyste p\u0159i koupi nekupovali n\u011bjak\u00e9 pochybn\u00e9 zmetky, kter\u00e9 jsou sice skoro zadarmo, ale jejich kvalita se pohybuje hodn\u011b n\u00edzko. Sk\u00e1k\u00e1n\u00ed je docela bezpe\u010dn\u00e9, ale pouze na kvalitn\u00ed konstrukci, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla b\u00fdt nav\u00edc vybavena alespo\u0148 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi prvky typu obvodov\u00e1 s\u00ed\u0165.
